Space, Serenity, and Sustainability
Frisby Lakes Lodge Park brings together high-quality craftsmanship and a long-term vision. This exclusive gated estate covers 100 acres and includes just 55 lodges, each set within a thoughtfully preserved countryside setting. The park was created with both ecological and financial care in mind, offering 99-year renewable leases and buildings with renewable guarantees.
Lodges with Long-Term Value
Built to stand the test of time and made to your specification, each lodge reflects thoughtful design and dependable quality. Whether buying or renting, owners benefit from a forward-thinking approach designed to protect their investment for generations. This is a place where you can fully relax, surrounded by nature and like-minded neighbours aged 45 and over.
Peaceful Days by the Lake
With a 38-acre fishing lake and a private 18-acre nature reserve, there’s always a quiet corner to unwind. Wander the orchard, spot wildlife, or simply enjoy the soft sunsets over the nearby villages of Frisby-on-the-Wreake, Hoby and Asfordby.
