The comfortable lounge area has 2 large sofas, a coffee table and an electric fire for setting a cosy ambiance. With built in speakers and a free 43" tv makes entertaining easy. It is fronted with floor to ceiling windows and french patio doors, which lead on to your large private decking area with amazing views over the townscape of Scarborough and out to the north sea.
